Community Pint Night Request

Community Pint Night Request
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Cairn Brewing for a Community Pint Night. We view our Community Pint Nights as an opportunity to raise awareness in the community for a cause and educate interested patrons on your mission and ways that they could get involved.

Please note these details as they will govern any agreement to host a community group for a Community Pint Night:

Community Pint Nights are hosted in Cairn’s taproom at 7204 NE 175th Street, Bldg. A, Kenmore WA 98028.
Cairn will donate 10% of sales on the day of the Community Pint Night to the designated organization..
We require representation from the organization to be at the brewery between 5pm and 8pm on the day of the event to meet customers and explain the work of their organization.
Please bring banners, flyers, brochures, displays, stickers etc. – any marketing information to help people learn about your organization.
We do request your partnership in a joint marketing effort for the event. At a minimum we expect both the charity and Cairn to publicize the Pint Night on their social media channels, including being a co-host of event posts on social media channels to let our supporters know of the event.
The designated organization must be a tax designated charity or registered non-profit and provide that EIN to Cairn.
Locally-based charities and those related to animal welfare and quality of life, human welfare and quality of life, and outdoor recreation and the environment are prioritized.

NOTES / CONDITIONS:
This is a partnership between a designated nonprofit organization and Cairn Brewing. This is not an event for a private individual to fundraise on behalf of an organization.
This is not the hiring of the Cairn taproom by the charity;  it is a joint event, and the tasting room remains open to the public.
Cairn reserves the right to not serve patrons who are visibly intoxicated.
Cairn requests one month after the event to calculate and write a check for their donation to the respective charity. We require a tax donation receipt from the organization.  The check will be available at the taproom for collection. The designated nonprofit organization will be emailed when it’s ready and must provide a paper copy of the tax receipt to the taproom staff to receive the check.
As a general principle, only one night per charity per year.
Please call the event “Community Pint Night.” If you would like to call it something else, please obtain our permission in advance.
All decisions and conclusions are at the sole discretion of Cairn Brewing LLC.
